UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW

I reported federal crimes to the F.B.I.

The willful deprivation of constitutional rights by law enforcement officials is a federal crime. Title 18 U.S.C. 242.

These complaints to the F.B.I. are related to judges who declared being incarcerated is not a substantial denial of constitutional right of liberty. Two claim that marijuana is not a constitutional right.

The judges did not respond to the allegations of Ground One of 28 USC 2255 motion to vacate prisoners of drug the war marijuana convictions.  It is claimed the law they were convicted of is unreasonable and unconstitutional violating Amendments IV and V of the constitution of the United States.
